Arika Kleinschmidt is currently in her M.M. in Performance-Composition at the Mead Witter School of Music at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her main compositional interests include music in the Baroque Era, music in France during the 20th century, and music related to Christian themes.

Arika received her B.A. in Music in 2023 with a concentration in Church Studies at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, Minnesota. While earning her degree at Bethany, she performed in various recitals and concerts on the piano, organ, violin, viola, trumpet, French horn, and in the percussion section.

After earning her M.M. degree in the Fall of 2024, Arika will start her M.A. in Musicology, also at the Mead Witter School of Music.
