Carter Ollmann is a sophomore music education major at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, besides playing with BBQ, he is found playing with the Madison Chamber Players and various other ensembles. When not playing tuba, he is often found playing Pokémon GO around campus
Milo Ascher is a trumpet performance and environmental science major. His favorite moment of the program is in the 3rd movement of the Ewald. He does not enjoy playing the Cheetham. He can be seen on campus at the pottery studio, in the piano room at Memorial Union, and most often, in the halls of the Humanities building basement.
Erin Steege is a junior French horn performance and accounting double major. Aside from playing with BBQ, Erin is a part of the Aurora Winds wind quintet, the UW Horn Choir, and the UW Symphony orchestra. Erin does not enjoy confinement in the Humanities basement practice rooms. Instead, she is more commonly found in the 2nd floor classrooms rehearsing. Outside of music, Erin enjoys crocheting, playing with her dogs, and seeing her family.
Vivian Steinke is a senior majoring in Conservation Biology and Trumpet Performance. In addition to BBQ, Vivian plays with the UW-Madison Trumpet Ensemble and various other ensembles. When not playing the trumpet, she can be found looking at trees and birds around campus.
Sage Kirkpatrick is a sophomore music education major in the trombone study at UW. Sage plays in many ensembles around campus such as a brass quintet, trombone quartet, and large ensembles. He is also in the UW Marching Band and loves sports. You’ll often find Sage in a practice room playing an instrument that he is not studying.
