James coordinates the daily administration of the graduate program and serves as a case manager for prospective and current graduate students. He handles admissions, assistantship/fellowship funding, enrollment advising, and student records.

 As the Facilities & Operations Technician, John handles all departmental shipping and receiving, monitors building cleanliness and functionality, coordinates with trades, craftspeople, and vendors, and more.

Jesus is a primary resource for the School of Music for financial requests such as e-reimbursements, invoices, check deposits, purchasing orders, and policy inquiries.

As Undergraduate Admissions Coordinator, Jared primarily works with incoming students and prospective undergraduate students.  Responsibilities include processing undergraduate music applications, scheduling auditions, facilitating tours, coordinating undergraduate scholarships, and recruitment work.
