NAMESU Annual Meeting
The University of Wisconsin–Madison Mead Witter School of Music is pleased to host the National Association of Music Executives at State Universities (NAMESU) 2026 Annual Meeting September 30-October 3, 2026 at Lake Lawn Resort in Delevan, Wisconsin.
Lake Lawn Resort includes full resort facilities and activities, including restaurants and bars, a spa, swimming pools, golf, and boat rentals. With the popular resort town of Lake Geneva nearby, the area offers shopping, dining, and outdoor activities to make use of during free time.

Lake Lawn Resort is accessible from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (50 miles away) and Chicago O’Hare International Airport (85 miles away).

We have created a Google sheet to help facilitate carpooling from the airport. If you are planning to rent a car and will have extra seats, or if you would like to find a ride, please consider adding your name and arrival details to the sheet.

Conference Registration and Cancellation Policy
The registration fee this year is $495. This includes the opening reception, three breakfasts, a dinner cruise on Lake Delevan on Thursday, lunch on Friday, and beverage service throughout our meetings.
Please register each attendee from your institution separately. Guests of attendees should register separately by clicking the “Guest conference registration” button above. The guest registration fee is also $495 and includes all meals and activities.
We will offer a full refund on conference registrations, minus a $25 processing fee, until August 17, 2026. From August 18-September 14, we will offer a 50% refund on conference registrations, minus a $25 processing fee, until September 14, 2026. No refunds will be available after September 14, 2026.
