Its emotional candor takes the listener from rhapsodic intimacy to a finale of dazzling propulsion that will culminate in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7\, an incredible work of unstoppable momentum whose driving rhythms and ecstatic vitality have made it one of the most electrifying celebrations in the orchestral repertoire.
