Guaranteed spaces for prepaid parking permit holders (after 5 pm)

$5 evening UW arts event parking permits are available for:

Lot 6 – Helen C. White Library
600 N. Park Street
(Park Street and Observatory Drive)

Lot 7 – Grainger Hall (50 permits available)
975 University Avenue
(entrance on Brooks Street, between University Avenue and Johnson Street) 

Lot 46 - Southeast Ramp (20 permits available) 
(entrance on Lake Street, between University Avenue and Johnson Street)

Lot 83  - Fluno Center (20 permits available)
601 University Avenue
(entrance on Francis Street, between University Avenue and Johnson Street)  Closed Sundays

  • Order online (5 days or more in advance; $1 handling fee)
  • Order over the phone  (3 days or more in advance; $1 handling fee)

Important Reminders:

•    Display your pass on your dashboard or with the attendant.
•    Arrive to your lot/garage after 5 pm
•    During particularly busy times, the lot sign may say “sold out;" however, your spot is guaranteed. Simply show the attendant.




Parking - General
There are three public parking areas recommended for visits to the School of Music:
  • P1 State Street Campus Ramp, 415 N. Lake Street
    $1.25/hr (subject to change), discounts evenings/weekends. Variable flat fee during special events.
  • P2 Fluno Center, 601 University Ave
    Enter from Frances Street
    $10 per day; $6 per half day; special event rates
  • P3 Grainger Hall, 975 University Ave
    Enter from Brooks Street
    Metered parking; limited availability
